Look How Far You’ve Come

Take a breath.

Pause.

And look back—not with regret, but with gratitude.

You’ve made it through a full week.

Seven days of showing up.

Seven days of choosing grace, movement, rest, and truth.

Seven days of saying yes to your wholeness.

That is no small thing.

Sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re going, we forget to honor where we’ve been. But today—let’s celebrate.

Philippians 1:6 says:

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

God is not finished with you.

And what He starts, He finishes—faithfully.

This journey is holy ground, and every drop of sweat has purpose.

So celebrate your progress.

Rejoice in the little victories.

And give thanks for what’s still to come.

You’re not just building a body—you’re building a testimony.
