Please view our packages our membership package gives you access to all classes both locations and has unlimited classes where your combo are limited by usage and time frame. For first time visitors that has not experienced any of our classes feel free to book the Free Pass and come try it out to see what works for you!

SSP Piloxing – The Ultimate Fusion of Power & Grace 
Unleash your strength, speed, and power with Piloxing SSP—a dynamic fusion of boxing, Pilates, and dance. This high-energy workout sculpts, strengthens, and empowers, blending the agility of boxing, the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, and the fun of rhythmic movement. Expect fast-paced combos, heart-pumping beats, and an unforgettable full-body burn.

Our Piloxing SSP sessions are hosted at our studio, where energy and community meet.

Piloxing Barre – Where Power Meets Precision

Elevate your strength with elegance in Piloxing Barre — a graceful yet gritty fusion of Pilates, boxing, and ballet-inspired barre work. This program takes the signature power of Piloxing and adds the sculpting precision of barre, creating a unique format that lengthens, strengthens, and lifts your entire body. Expect fluid, low-impact movements layered with explosive boxing drills and Pilates core work, all choreographed to music that keeps your pulse and motivation high. It’s your full-body burn — redefined with posture, poise, and punch.

TNT Lift – Strength Without the Gym
Who says you need a gym to lift, sculpt, and transform? TNT Lift is a dynamic cardio weightlifting class designed to build strength, boost endurance, and condition your body—all while keeping the energy high. Using a mix of weights and bodyweight movements, this class will challenge your muscles.

Watch out for pop-up sessions—we don’t have a set time yet, but we’re bringing the power of TNT Lift to exciting locations soon! Get ready to lift, sweat, and conquer wherever we pop up!

TNT Dance – Feel the Beat, Own the Floor 
Get ready to move like never before with TNT Dance, a high-energy fusion of multiple dance styles! From the fiery rhythms of Salsa and the urban edge of Hip-Hop to the electrifying beats of Reggaeton—we do it all. This class is about expression, confidence, and pure joy. 

While we're gearing up to introduce TNT Dance at the studio soon, keep an eye out for our pop-up classes—we'll be bringing the rhythm to exciting locations before you know it!

FRIDAYS: 08:00 - PILATES FLOW

Piloxing Flow – A Fusion of Power & Grace Under Open Skies

When the sun is shining and the weather is just right, we take our Pilates Flow sessions outdoors but at times we are indoors, embracing the beauty of nature with a refreshing, feel-good workout on the grass. Pilates is a game-changer—the workout you never knew you needed until you experience its incredible benefits. And when you join us, it’s not just about movement; it’s about good vibes, great energy, and sometimes even a much-needed catch-up with like-minded people.
