Strength to Endure

Endurance isn’t about pushing through pain for the sake of pride.
It’s about holding steady when everything in you wants to stop—because something greater is carrying you.
Endurance is powered by grace.
Hebrews 12:1 encourages us:
“Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus…”
This journey—body, mind, and spirit—is a race of faith.
Not to win against others, but to finish well with Him.
Some days endurance looks like long workouts.
Other days it looks like simply showing up with a willing heart.
Both are valid. Both are holy.
And the beauty? You don’t have to do it alone.
Jesus is your strength when yours runs out.
The Holy Spirit is your breath when you feel winded.
So today, press in—not by striving, but by leaning.
Affirmation for May 9th:
“God gives me strength to endure. I am running my race with grace, not grind.”
Thank you for choosing you!
